When you contact us or apply through us, we may collect your name, contact details, work history, identity documents (such as your passport details) and a photo for your application record.
Why we collect it

- To prepare and track visa applications
- To reply to enquiries
How we protect it
Application records are stored securely and only authorised staff can access them. Passport numbers are encrypted and shown masked on our status page. Photos are never stored in a public folder.
Who we share it with
Only the people who need it to progress your application, such as the employer you’re applying to and the registered migration agent (Australia) or licensed immigration adviser (New Zealand) handling your lodgement. We never sell your information.
