In New Zealand it must come from a licensed immigration adviser or a lawyer, and New Zealand lodgements are handled by a licensed immigration adviser.

No, and nobody honestly can. Decisions are made by the Department of Home Affairs in Australia and Immigration New Zealand. What we can do is make sure the application is complete, accurate and lodged on time.

Go to the status page and enter your reference number and last name. You’ll find the reference number in the confirmation email we sent you.
